Story Street Research offers qualitative research methodologies that can be utilized either as an exploratory technique, to provide the context for a more structured quantitative analysis, or as an in-depth research technique that focuses on particular areas identified as important by previous research.  Story Street’s experienced moderators have expertise that reaches across a range of categories and brands.  We use methodologies that include focus groups, in-depth interviews, usability studies, and online communities.

Julie Altman is an accomplished market researcher with 15 years experience. She specializes in qualitative research for diverse industries, including retail, automotive, CPG (consumer packaged goods), food & beverage, B2B, advertising, package design, beauty, healthcare, technology, and real estate.

Her consumer markets include adults, seniors, children, executives, and medical professionals. As a skilled focus group moderator, she uses both traditional and innovative research tools and techniques.

 

Julie develops critical respondent trust where engaging and thought-provoking discussions are facilitated. She has an expertise in discovering the story and revealing key insights that lead to recommendations for actionable marketing plans.

Julie holds a Master of Education in Educational Psychology from Harvard University and Doctorate of Philosophy in History from Columbia University. 

JODI SLATER

Customer Experience Strategist

Jodi Slater has more than 25 years experience as a customer experience practitioner, executive, and strategist. She has worked with clients across multiple industries to help them optimize how they interact with customers to drive loyalty, satisfaction, engagement, and increased profitability.

In her work with clients, she has developed an interdisciplinary approach to Customer Experience strategy that integrates elements of business strategy, interaction design, emerging technology, and human factors. She developed a Customer Experience Diagnostic to help clients evaluate and optimize the

way they interact with customers, including identifying which interfaces are underperforming relative to customer expectations and benchmarking the performance of the interface system against its peers.

Jodi holds a Master of Science in Interaction Design from Carnegie Mellon University.

GINA BRUNETTI  BSN, CCRN, PHRN

Medical Thought Leader

Gina Brunetti has more than 25 years experience in healthcare. She is a medical professional with expertise in emergency care, critical care, trauma and pre-hospital nursing. She also has a background in medical sales and marketing, business development processes and experience directing programs and projects. 

Gina brings her extensive healthcare experience and compassion to qualitative research with a particular interest in patient care and healthcare technologies. 

Her certifications include: Advanced Cardiac Life Support, Pediatric Advanced Life Support, FEMA and Hazmat Certifications. 

She is also a trainer in Diabetes Self-Management Techniques (DSMT). 

Gina holds a BS in Nursing from Allentown College, St. Francis de Sales
